Audrie Meraki - Founder

Spokane Mediation Services was founded out of my personal and professional journey navigating housing challenges and advocating for justice. After experiencing housing instability, including being forced out of an apartment due to misleading rental practices, I witnessed firsthand the lack of transparency and fairness in housing systems. This fueled my commitment to creating a service that empowers individuals to resolve conflicts equitably and efficiently.

As a housing mediator and disability advocate, I saw a critical gap in accessible and fair mediation services, particularly for individuals with disabilities and underserved communities. Spokane Mediation Services was born from the belief that everyone deserves a voice in disputes and the opportunity to achieve resolutions that respect their dignity and rights.

Combining my advocacy background, mediation expertise, and personal experiences, I envisioned a service that not only addresses landlord-tenant disputes but also fosters broader understanding and equitable solutions in real estate and housing policies. This mission drives Spokane Mediation Services to promote justice and inclusion through compassionate, effective dispute resolution.
